We research and develop proprietary technology for the processing of colloquial Brazilian Portuguese and leverage proprietary third-party web services, tools and platforms and open source projects to deliver complete solutions that address our clients needs – be they faster time to market, reducing costs, avoiding vendor lock-in, etc.
We have extensively used Sheffield's GATE (General Architecture for Text Engineering) framework, Apache UIMA(Unstructured Information Management), Apache Lucene, Elastic Search, Weka, OpenNLP, Maxent, LibSVM and LibLinear to build applications and components based on techniques drawn from artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, voice user interfaces, dialogue systems, intelligent agents, opinion mining &sentiment analysis and semantic search.
We have a recurring pipeline of applied research projects on artificial intelligence and data mining, including linguistic, spatial and temporal aspects, allowing us to contribute unique insights to our clients and partners in discovering and exploiting information hidden in unstructured data.
